Joyce earned her PhD in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida and also has honorary doctorates from Oral Roberts University and Grand Canyon University. Joyce and her husband, Dave, have been married for over forty years, and they are the parents of four children. Dave and Joyce Meyer make their home in St. Louis, Missouri.
