God is love, and love is the fulfilment of the Law. Are we to use this love as a new set of lenses to interpret our actions and those of others around us? Love captures the spirit of the Old Testament Law but doesn’t make everything lawful. The love that Jesus showed us through His sacrifice indebted us to show love to others. How can we start to love our neighbour as ourselves?
