Following a powhiri for the Waitangi Tribunal and nation's judiciary - at which every court in the country was represented - Tribunal member Dr Monty Soutar joined Andrew Urquhart to reflect on the significance of the Treaty of Waitangi. He pondered that, while that was a defining moment, we are now challenged to consider - how do we define the Treaty going forward?
